Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:
Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your product.  Item must be in new, unused and sellable condition and have packing slip.  You must have prior authorization from maplecraftinc.com before returning your item. 
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

Carrier damage
Defective product
Product does not match advertising
Received incorrect product
Product was an extra item not ordered


Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.

 Return shipping to be paid by customer.   Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.  To obtain authorization call 213-228-1122
 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit.  Report your claim for lost items within 15 days from the order date in order to ensure proper credit. If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER:
Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact sales@maplecraftinc.com
 

SHIPPING POLICY / RATES:
All orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the placment of your order, at the earliest. Next Day Air orders must be placed by 3pm California time. Orders placed on Friday will not be considered next day air. If it is not possible to ship on that day or the next following day, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible.

If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select either the international standard or Priority option when you are ready to checkout. In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 24-72 hours of order confirmation and could take up to 7-10 business days for product to arrive depending upon delivery location and method.
